Do

I found that when I am interested in something, let's say a topic, a skill set, or something that's currently popular on the internet, I found myself learning and thinking about it.

This thinking process consumes a lot of my time and my inner peace, because I'm too curious about that. When this cycle hits me, I know that my inner peace will be troubled, and my sleep schedule will also become bad.

I found out that I just need to minimize the learning and thinking process and move forward into the doing process. "Doing process" means moving a particle of energy into movement, As Naval said on his blog, "doing" involves harnessing energy and putting it into motion.

This concept that I held before: learn = productive, becomes irrelevant because it's just a thinking process, a process that I gatekeep by myself. And I fall into the rabbit hole.

My suggestion to you is that if you find yourself in this cycle, fast forward the thinking process, instead go with an action process.
